Dear customers and site visitors,

Some of you may have come across a web site (named very similar to this one) and may have concerns about our customer service offerings. That site is not maintained or owned by Filers Powersports. That said, I’d like to let you know that I have followed up on all the posts on the site that had contact information and come to resolution with each of the posts. We take our customer concerns very seriously.

We’re also big believers in a customer’s right to post their concerns. However, we do get a little concerned when a commentary site only allows one sided comments, in this case the site clearly states it is only for negative comments. We’d love to see the ability for you to post some of your positive experiences as well. After all, we serve thousands of customers a year and this site is comprised of just a few negative posts.
